I was very dissatisfied with the service at the front desk, I paid for my items part in cash and part by debit card, the clerk that serve me ask me for my e-mail and did not explain to me that the receipt of the bill will be shown in my e-mail so I ask for the receipt and she refused to give it me , repeating that is in my e-mail , I got a little upset and told her that I 'am not walking out of the store without a receipt than she said I can only give you a copy I said Ok she give me the copy but the copy did not show the amount that I paid in cash , and I request form her the copy of the proper bill, again she refused to give it to me and I ask her to write on the copy that I give her cash and to sign her name, she refused to give me her name and would not sign the receipt. She also said that to retrieve the e-mail would take her about 10 min. time and told me that when i get home I would find the bill in my e-mail . Unfortunate when I checked my e-mail nothing was there no e-mail form Laura's store at Dixie Mall.

Love this store. Friendly and helpful staff. Just be careful, if you have a large number of items to try on, you are only allowed 7 items at one time, and you leave your buggy with additional items waiting in the hall outside the change room. Unfortunately for me there have been a couple of times, when staff took my buggy and put the items away, after I had spent a LONG time choosing my styles and sizes to try on. Normally, they don't do that, but it has happened to me two times, and to a friend as well. Overall, however, this is a GREAT store.
