The girl (don't know her name) really needs to brush up on her people skills. She's telling me what type of plan I have without looking at my plan or checking my info and then just waddles away. I know the difference between a post paid and a prepaid plan and I know what plan I have. Perhaps you should too seeing as you work in a cellular store. Will never set foot in that store again.
