I recently bought this item for $380 on sale. on the first use or so , I lost a stone and had to get it back to Canada for replacement which was a pain but managed to get this done. now just under 6months later , again I have lost another stone and bracelet is snapped. contacted Mr Gonzalez who in my opinion is not bothered about the quality of the product . I think it is fairly expensive for an item to give way within 6m of very low usage. Very disappointed with the product , Poor quality and service. I also bought a small diamond necklace , which has not been used yet by my daughter - wonder what is in store ! SHAMETHAT WE SPENT THIS MONEY AT THIS STORE ........ WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN
