i had a malfunction power supply that was bought less than a year ago, and the policy clearly says they can ship it back to manufacture for items that were bought within one year for free (i even made 2 phone calls to oakville and etobicoke and both location told me they can ship it back at any location; called these two location because the Mississauga location never picks up the call); this Mississauga location is something else and they refuse to do so. after waiting in lines for 30 mins -10 degree outside. the manager did a nice job to piss off their customer. bye computer Canada.

I have bought a quiet few things from this store for my custom build PC. Cashier was very rude and when I addressed it to the manager, he did not apologize or anything. Canada computers think they have the monopoly when it comes to computing but they are forgetting newegg or amazon etc. I am never going back to Canada computers again. They need to learn how to deal with customers. Very rude staff and management especially in this Mississauga location.
