They had the watch battery I needed: Energizer silver cell. But the one I bought was dead (I have a button cell tester, this is not a guess). I went back within hours for an exchange and was told no refunds, no exchanges on batteries if the package is open. So other people can tell a dead battery without access to test it? I said I would not buy another replacement there. So I bought the same Energizer model at Rexall cheaper and still testing good. Don't see a reason to go back to Shoppers.
