Hello, i have banked here for many decades, several bank accounts , i have found that on several occasions my instructions are just not carried out. This has led to several problems for me, now during Covid i find again they messed things up by not doing their jobs. I moved and changed my address with them last month, told no problems, you are good to go....not so. My old neighbour just told me my mail from the bank is there, not at my new place. Such lack of listening drives me nuts.
