Today when I shopped here at Longo’s, a young man named Chris was my check out cashier and I would rate him 11 out of 10!!! His customer service was tops. He was very pleasant, upbeat and just generally gave great customer service. He also asked if I found everything I wanted today. My reply was....unfortunately I always find more than I come for!!! I love shopping at Longo’s. I love the sweet aisle too much. The lemon pies are delicious!! Always a pleasure to shop in your store.

I would like to send out a very special thank you for the over and above efforts of Shannon at the Applewood Village Plaza location of Longo’s Grocery Store! Originally my double order for 2 Thanksgiving Dinners was placed with the Grocery Gateway Service offered by Longo’s which turned into a first-class nightmare as time ticked down to Thanksgiving Day. That will be addressed with Longo’s Head Office and not here. I had to contact the Applewood store location due to the fact the Gateway Service had charged my CC but had no record of the double order. Shannon, without hesitation, obtained my info and went to work to resolve the issue. Shannon was able to get the order dilemma sorted out, the CC charge applied correctly and guaranteed my order pick up for 11:00 AM on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years and this is how you do it!!! A shoutout also goes to Bianca for her great service on the morning of the pickup. Thank You!!!!!
