I was a member of fit 4 less for 2 years. Since opening after lockdown I was trying to freeze my membership. Since July 27th. My wife was able to cancell hers with no problems. I was getting charged up untill October. I received the email in September that my membership is frozen and I was getting billed up untill October 2020. many emails, phone calls to the facility, 2 personal Visits with a promise of the phone call back from the manager. I got frustrated and cancelled. No point of holding the membership if they still charge the account. No phone call back from the manager and no one ever answer at that location. All I wanted was my money back since July when I tried holding the membership and I was still billed. It would be nice to provide resolution instead of stealing money from a loyal member and avoiding them.
