If you want your dresses on time and to not be ripped off don't come to this store. I was told the dresses of 3 bridesmaids would arrive in August. They ended up arriving 2 months later and the week of the wedding. I had to follow up bi-weekly to check in only to be told excuses of delayed shipment due to Labour Day in Canada and also Honk Kong. Not to mention one of the dresses didn't have the correct length (not sure what they measured in the store then the first time we visited) and the third dress- they weren't sure what style I had chosen so made 2 dresses. I'm not sure why....but I guess these dresses aren't all that expensive to make. The third dress was also not a matching shade...I was told of minor colour variation but this was a very obvious different hue. I wouldn't be mentioning this if they had followed through with being on time and providing decent service (ex. being nicer over the phone). In the end the cost of the dresses was equivalent to how much it would cost to buy a nice, tailored bridesmaid dress in a real dress store that would arrive on time. Don't bother trying to save here. The service was good when they wanted your business. They make you pay everything up front so you are tied to their terrible service. 1 star because at least I managed to get the maids dressed. -4 stars for the stress I endured, lost time, and wasted energy monitoring this hot mess of a place.
