Striped into this store and experienced the worst and terrible customer services in my life. The so called owner was reluctant to answer my questions. Even when he responded, the attitude was so rule and impatient. He was saying that I had asked too many questions. Terribly rude!!! I will give a negative 5 if there is such option

I recently went with my girlfriend and her sister and her boyfriend to Pacific Mall to buy couple rings. We bought our rings from there a long time ago but needed to get one more because I had lost mine. My brother just bought from there a month ago as well. When we went in, the guy working there (one of the owners) was one of the most rudest people I've met and made comments to my girlfriend's sister's boyfriend such as "I hate dealing with customers like you" when he was joking around about bargaining the price. Regardless, we wanted the rings for ourselves so we inquired about a few rings which he told us were "170 for the pair" and "80 for the single ring" plus $10 for engravings. The price seemed really high but we just went with it because we thought the price had gone up since the last time we bought it (and there's no visible prices on the rings). We bought it and when I asked my brother how much he paid for his, he said he paid $80 for 2 rings and free engraving (which is the same deal that we paid the first time we bought). The owner deliberately DOUBLED THE PRICE on us and basically scammed us on the engraving and price of the rings. Their way of doing business is really shady and I wouldn't want anyone else getting scammed like we did. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

Last weekend I stepped into the "Love Add" retail store at Pacific Mall because I was interested in the RFID Wallet that was in their display case. I requested to look at one and asked some questions about it. BIG MISTAKE!! Due to his tone and body language, it appeared that I have disturbed him having his lunch as he was the only salesperson. He seemed so uninterested in answering my questions and looked like he wanted to go back to eating his lunch. I inquired about the price and also inquired, out of curiosity, whether this wallet will set off security metal detectors. He had the most snarkiest, condescending reply: "This is not a weapon, you know!" WTF!! This shop owner must think he is the only retail store around to offer this product. Needless to say, I will never step into this store again, and rest assured, I will do my part to spread the word. EPIC FAIL for this shop!!
