I was walking around looking for a Nintendo switch repair and finally I walked in to this store and they greeted me and said yes and I was so happy it is amazing what they can do thank you

The customer service was horrible. The pricing was terrible. Escalated with some name calling. Pricing is not even close for repairs. Second time in this place and both times a big failure. Screen 40% higher then the other people in the mall. So the firm did the fishing price then I said no thank you and she started saying okay and I will drop the price. I said you are so high, I don't want you drop the price and I am not interested. I go to the other store that gave me the best honest price from the start. Simple! Then they started getting angry. So stay away from this store. Very very bad.
