Purchase a thermos from and just recently took it out. LEAKS and took it back to the store for an exchange. First thing the so call manager did was look at the receipt and indicated it was 2 days over the exchange period. Proceeded to do a fake examination and claim it was subject to extensive abuse. Check what you buy carefully as their after customer service to play the blame game - you screw it up and we can't do anything for you, so leave.
