I don't think I've ever encountered such an unprofessional and sub-par store manager. I think her name is Shannona or some but I hope Telus does something to fix her. I can tell ya'll that she isn't cut out to be a manager at all and is a liability to Telus. She lucky there's no option for 0/5 star on this review. Telus needs to find somebody that's educated and competent because it is evident that she has neither of them.
