There was one short lady, who I later found out was the store manager then looked at me and continued to look away and not assist me when I walked in. An associate then came to me and kindly assisted me. In mid conversation the store manager had rudely interrupted the associate and tried to help me instead. The manager then told the associate " is this your first day?", but it clearly was not. Horrible manager and lack of care for associates.

My sister and I were recently at Swarovski (Markville Mall) . It was such a great experience as we received exceptional service from sales associate Marko. He went above and beyond. He was very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Made our shopping experience a pleasure. Will definitely go back again. Thank you Marko!!!
