When I went to pick up the suit, the guy (I would love to name but won't) assisted me with such a standoff and arrogant attitude - he wasn't even busy! He even tried to justify his service saying how he "helped me" whilst missing the whole point on why I was angry - It wasn't the process that was the problem, it was your damn shitty attitude! One star for saying half-assed sorry. I am actually very docile and easy going - but omg, That was NOT IT
