I totally have the same feeling as of Mr. Melitzer! I have been experiencing several bad service in this store and I have a discrimination feeling with the staffs there. She is of Indian origin - not white or Asian. She is and always has been the most unfriendly and the least customer service oriented person I have ever dealt with. She has always been like this to customers, but recently, due to the covid-19 situation, I have been shopping more regularly at Shoppers. Because this lady is so rude and unfriendly, I have begun shopping at the store at Kennedy and Highway 7. Shoppers needs to look into this lady and her very bad attitude toward customers. She does not like her job, never has, but this seems to be worse with the covid-19 situation.

This place never has a person on-site to take photos came by three times. What’s so hard about taking photos? Only one person is trained to do it? You offer a service maybe you should have someone there at all times to provide it to the customer. Morons
