I couldn't believe how cheap this place was. First of all, I asked for a cup of water, which I usually get in a second cup cold drink container. No, not this time. This time I got a tiny dollar store plastic cup. I then asked him for an extra cup with my large coffee, to which this man, I'm assuming management, proceeded to give me a lecture on why this wasn't financially stable for him.... When did going to a coffee shop involve an employee telling customers they're too cheap to accommodate something so simple? I am appalled.

This location has been taken over by idiotic management. I had three of them standing behind the register to take my order, then just stand there gawking at me like mindless chickens, I'm wondering why is my order not being made. I watched them take my order, then stand there waiting for one of the kids to make it and I had to give my order to the person making it again!! Unorganized chaos. I then saw the manager speak in a very inappropriate manner in front of customers to a young lady working that day. I couldn't believe how unprofessional it was. I'd save myself the aggravation and go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons. Never again.
