I was in dire need of a new Suit and bow tie for a Black Suit gala night event in downtown Toronto. I visited the RW and Co store in Markville mall on Thursday January 19 to shop for the suit. The store was quite with no customers but two employees - Male and Female were both standing behind the desk and chatting away. They did not acknowledge my presence or even ask if I need help.
