Pure Genius!!! Hair Craze at Markville Mall in Markham, Ontario, is second to none. This family-run business truly cares about client satisfactionand . The location is so convenient as it can be easily accessed without having to go through the mall. It is across from Tim Horton's, which is a bonus as well. The venue is well lit and so lovely. I really like how the hair tinting and perming can be done at the back for privacy and the hair styling at the fron of the store. From the minute you walk through the door, Frank Sr., Joe, Frank Jr., Vince, Lily and Tina are so welcoming and accommodating. I have been going to this salon now for about 14 years and could not be any happier with the service that I have received and continue to receive. Lily, my particular haistylist, is warm and confident making me feel so comfortable, relaxed and assured. She is a color specialist and has created a personal hairstyle and plan for me; working with my hair type and lifestyle. My hair has never looked better. Lily, just as the other hairstylists at Hair Craze, make clients feel special. They stay up to date on the current hairstyles, colors, products, techniques, and trends. I feel that they are investing in hair being healthy and looking great. From start to finish Lily makes my color, cut and experience beautiful! Frank Sr., Joe, Frank Jr., Vince, Lily and Tina, are all very accomplished hairstylists. I have had the pleasure of all of them filling in for Lily while she was on vacation a few times. Lily left detailed instructions for the care and styling of my hair in her absence. Additionally, all the aforementioned personnel are beautiful people inside and out. I cannot say enough about the quality product and service that Hair Craze offers. I am a delighted customer. Last but not least, Hair Craze itself has a great vibe and offers a a large selection of hair products. I will continue to go to Hair Craze and will also refer my friends to them without any reservation.
