I can't believe what they've done to my hair, I asked for a nice women short hair cut and showed photos of hair model and asked 3 or 4 times and made sure the hair stylist Rafi understood it, then he trimmed my hair so short, shorter than man's hair, I cannot understand how it's even anything related to the photos I showed him. When I complained and showed him the photos again, he panicked a little then lied and said that wasn't the photos I show

Recently brought my daughter to this salon. She showed the hair dresser a photo of what she wanted. Long layers throughout her long hair. During the “trim”I spoke to the hairdresser twice but my concerns were completely dismissed. Very very disappointed with the end result. My daughter’s hair does not look like it’s been cut at all. No layers. There seems to be a language barrier with the employees.
