due to Covid, shopping was online. Checked the store website directly and found what was wanted. Item showed "In Stock" yeah and made reservation to pickup at store. Received confirmation email that request was received but next day, got rejected email. Seems the item was not actually available via Eddie Bauer. They lied directly on the website and via their email.
