Was going there for years, no problems, then she her husband and new( rude) receptionist, told me that my insurance company told them to charge me more and that my insurance benefits will not cover it. Of course, I emailed my insurance company ( so have it in writing) and they indicated they don't tell DENTISTS what to charge, dentist can charge less if they want. It's up to the Dentist. After such blatant lies, I no longer had any respect for office and never stepped a foot back in there. It's been over a year, I've blocked their numbers and yet I got a VM from them and there was no call history info. These people are conducting.
