I went into Bentleys, Markville Mall, specifically for a small carryon bag. Sales person completely ignored me while carrying on a very animated conversation with a woman re computer programs! I found a bag myself but wanted some information, but couldn't get her to stop talking. Finally I butted in and got served all the while she continued her conversation. Very poor. service. Won't go back as they obviously don't need customers.
