Their customer service is incredulously slow and inefficient. Some of their employees do not know what their own policies are. The amount of time it takes to complete an action is redicilous. Their 3G is extremely slow and unreliable. Their call quality is not up to today's standards. Do not pay more than $30 a month with this company. Spend the extra $10 or $20 and go with another company.
