I want to upgrade my new phone plan and get another phone which is subscribe only 3 days ago but staff said i cant change it and will have a penalty for breching the contract and my old phone phone numbers will be gone. basically they don't want to do anything without the knowledge of CRTC wireless code of Cooling period which I can cancell my plan within the cooling period. without any penalty.
