The company has advertised '4 star's hotel stay during a 10 days tour to Europe, but the hotel were actually 2 or 3 stars hotels. The local tour they partnered with is disgusting and not professional at all; all the local tour guide cared was to how to make extra money from us on the 'extra excursion'. First time I joined a tour with this travel agency and definitely my last.
