I spent $760 to buy a crystal chandelier with “three years warranty” written on the invoice. However, I soon realized that there were three defective strings. I called the store, messaged the sales and even drove long distance to the store several times. However, all I had been told is the supplier will call me. After months of waiting and asking, nobody ever called me.I was so disappointed and finally have to go to other store to fix those lines
