Price are not fixed and a communicated from their sales person depending on the customer knowledge... They will excedurate the case on water quality and use every bit of the customer weakness from age to knowledge of the product to upsell you and inflate the product and installation cost by over 50%. Do your research online before buying from them. I ended up not buying from them and ordered all the same product online from Amazon and other online retailer and hired a licensed plumber to install the ro unit and water softener unit. I ended up saving around 40% comparing to the quote Elma provided. Be careful, they prey on the weak and unknowledgeable customer.
