No one ever picks up the phone at the HSBC Denison Branch, always transferred to the head office. A big waste of time ....have to go in person for if any any issues

Extremely Poor service. For 45 min I am trying to find the phone no for above branch to connect the Relationship Manager in 1161 Denison branch, HSBC bank but no luck. Called 1 888 310 4722, waited for 25 min. Then they gave me another no. 905 513 8801 but could not connect to the person concerned. 45 min wasted.
