Friday, October 5, 2018 (about 5:30 pm.) Thai Express, at White Oaks Mall I ordered a shrimp/vegetable stir fry with rice, plus a bottle of orange juice. The cashier asked, if I wanted soy sauce or spice, so I chose, soy sauce. The rice was practically drenched with black soy sauce, covering one third of the rice. I couldn't eat the rice, because it was too salty. I didn't plan on getting the money back, so I ate the ingredients on the top. I would never complain about 'mall food,' but I thought I should let them know, that they shouldn't be wetting the rice with soy sauce, for future reference. I took the plate back with only the left over rice, which I didn't even touch. When I showed the cashier the rice that was drenched with soy sauce, he said that, I had asked for soy sauce and that was what I got. I tried to argue about what is edible and not, and he told me that 'there is the garbage,' and pointed to a nearby garbage can. I told him that I didn't want money back, and he said again, 'there is the garbage.' I told him that he was being very rude, and that he should take pride in his job. Again, he told me the same thing with his finger, pointing to the garbage can. I couldn't get past his 'solution,' so I told him that I will take a picture of the plate and just show it to his manager. What a disgusting way to be treated for a $15.00 of Garbage! Is there a 'no star,' rather than a one start? No Thanks!!!!
