It calls itself a Swarovski store, but it is NOT. While all Christmas ornaments are 50% off on-line and at the Masonville store, they are not on sale here and they will NOT match prices.

Buyer beware. While it might be licensed to sell Swarovski products as an authorized retailer, this is not an official Swarovski boutique and there is a huge difference. You are unable to participate in the customer loyalty program, and as such, there is no tracking of your purchase and the customer service is beyond abysmal. They do not have adequate stock levels in-store, so if you have been sold a faulty product (i.e. a bracelet with a faulty clasp that you failed to notice wasn't fully closing in-store because it was a gift) and simply want to exchange it for a new one, you will get a runaround explanation of how the product has to be sent back to Swarovski for assessment before a new one can be ordered and the wait will be 4-6 weeks. To be clear, this is how they treat you for a purchase that is still eligible for an exchange, not for a warranty claim which is how they seem to be processing it. While you could easily order a replacement yourself from the actual Swarovski site and have the exact in-stock product delivered to your home within 4-6 business days, this store's no refund policy ensures they can sell you broken merchandise and leave you hanging as you quite literally have no other option. Will NEVER shop here again.
