Dreadful staff. Clerk said she needed to pass by me, then pushed past before I could step aside. When I said that was rude, she told me my comment was rude + ranted on. As I turned to leave, another clerk screamed ‘have a nice day’, dripping with sarcasm. It was pathetic, representative of a slow mind + lack of any customer service skill. Don’t shop here, it would only encourage these 2 clerks who have little intelligence + no skill. Shameful!

I was met by a terse and rude customer service representative when I asked if could return and item today. I did not know they weren’t taking returns today due to Black Friday, and as soon as I said I had a return she made me feel like I was an idiot. She never said she could understand my frustrations especially since I drive from out of town. She brushed me off as I was nothing. I will never buy from Stokes again.
