Bought an IMac a few years ago. Knew I was buying "previously owned" and thought the IMac was a 2012 model, salesman, after I had bought said it was a 2011. Home and reasonably happy and discovered that music had been downloaded in 2010, previous owner's name was Campbell. One of my daughters bought the extended warranty which I assume has now expired. My mac has always been slow to start but now I am having to force quit and begin the process again, sometimes again and again. Also find that some sites take long to appear after I click on. If I bring the mac to London (I live in Ridgetown) would my problem been fixed same day and would estimate cost ? And as a PS I have no trust in the salesman but one or two female staff members I found to be extremely knowledgable when I had problem which they address using e-mail.
