I only go shopping for Christmas gifts. 3 grandkids 2 daughters and a wife. Went to whiteoaks mall to shop. Visited charms and peoples but they can't beat the customer service I've got from Michael Hill. Sales professional lovely lady , Pearl..that name I won't forget. Helps me for everything I need. And it was a fun visit. Ed very nice manager. Yes I spend more than 3 gran but everyone loves their gifts. Thank you Pearl and Ed see you again.

Me and my Fiance is shopping for a wedding ring. Went to 2 other jewelry store and she doesn't like anything to match with her engagement ring. We decided to check michael hill. Pearl help us, to look for a ring, we took so long I say at least 1 hr. She is very patient and jolly. Very lovely girl, she helps us find the perfect ring. I ended up buying 2 bands for my fiance and a diamond gold band for me. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

I wanted to Have a new ring for my 35 years anniversary. So I shop with my husband at whiteoaks mall. They have 3 jewelry store. Went to Michael Hill we've waited for maybe 15 minutes because they are so busy but this very polite girl acknowledged us and said she'll be with us after she clean the glass counter. To make the story short I enjoyed my visit to this place and I found a beautiful piece, Pearl just explained everything to us, very helpful girl, happy and very knowledgeable.

I'm new to London Area and I need a birthday gift for a wife. Read the reviews for all jewelry store for whiteoaks mall and I went to 3 of them. Check all the pricing and guess what I went back to Michael Hill to purchase the items. The costumer service makes a huge difference I agree with the other Reviews this Asian girl is so Friendly very jolly and polite. From now on this is the place I will buy gifts for a wife and kids.

I bought my wife's ring in this location 2017 and we lost a diamond after 2 months it's a very expensive ring so we are worried. We went back to this place and the girl who sold it to us is so happy to see us. We told her the problem and Pearl told Lorne the manager, they both came out with same brand new ring . We can't believe how easy and how understanding the staff in this location are they just exchange it. We are so happy with the service. We don't have any issue after that, and she always come every 6 months for inspection. Thanks Michael Hill whiteoaks.

Its been a. While i havent visit. I miss that store. Hope this pandemic is over. I wanna buy jewelry..the staff are amzaing and very friendly spcially the new manager Ed trinidadians. And the filipina staff name Pearl. She is always.happy.wd the customer.and very helpful..Hope this store will open soon. Hope to see u soon..Highly recommend this store...they have always new diff style of jewelry..

I Visited this place for Christmas Shopping. I have to buy for 5 friends. Sales associate named Pearl help me out for my purchases. She is so nice i have beautiful pieces through her recommendations, and my friends love them all. Her manager named Ed is very helpful too.
