Visited the Bell store in White Oaks Mall today and I couldn't believe how poor their customer service is. The associates name that was helping me was Dana and she was very unfriendly. She talked to me as if she were better than me and made me feel like anything I asked her was a "dumb question" by the way she would answer/the look on her face. Very disappointed with the service. But with that being said, the other associates were very kind and helpful.
