The manager at the aerie store in white oaks mall is by far the worst sales person I have ever experienced. She's rude, dismissive gives dirty looks to all the people shopping in the store and talks back to her customers. She makes rude comments to people about how they r picking up the merchandise and scold customers for making the smallest mess of the clothing. Especially the underwear tables. Today while I was shopping there I overheard her being very rude to other customers trying to get a change room. Another girl who was done using the changing room gave the manager the clothes she didn't want and as the customer turned her back the manager gave her the finger. Other customers saw her do it and she saw us. Totally rude and not how to conduct yourself in sales. She makes my friends and I feel uncomfortable when we go there. I would avoid this location and just go to the masonville place location instead. They are fine. I would give this location zero stars if I could. She makes me want to put the clothes I want to buy down and just walk out of the store.
