My family moved from the GTA to London 6 months ago. Since moving here, we've been looking for a grocery store that stocks the speciality asian seasonings that are staples in our household. We found that this location had most of the products that we could not find at the big chain stores in London. The location is easily accessible, the parking is ample and the value is almost identical to what you would find in the GTA.

I used to be a regular here until a very bad experience. I came in like I normally would to buy about $100 in groceries AND to get their buffet to go. They have ALWAYS had their buffet where they give you a box and let you fill it for a set price. Well for whatever reason, they refused to do so for me today. When U spoke to the manager I was told they wouldn't let me package my own food as I always have because they were afraid I would pack too much in the little container. As a result if this rude and what I felt was a descrimatory comment I left and will be boycotting this place from here on out.

Last week,I bought BBQ pork. But the taste is too much Chinese flavor. Also fried rice is too hard. Before the taste of both are not bad. But this time is just wasting money. Why the food quality is not standardized. Also the guy working BBQ section does not use tong or plastic glove. Just he uses his dirty bear hands. One day you will be charged by food poison by Health department of London. It will cost much more than tong and gloves . I hope you will improve this kind of real situation.
