Bought 2 pairs of glasses end of July 2 years ago, have already had one pair repaired x 2 and now lens has fallen out. Was asked if I stepped on them which I didn't appreciate, lens fell out while I was putting glasses on, nothing more. Question the quality of their glasses and the tact fullness of their staff
