My son went in to renew his oh.with wind 2day only to be told that they cant do anything because his acct is still in his dads name.He was not yet 16 or 18 when he got the ph.so my dear husband put it in his name.My husband died very suddenly in 2016.My son told wind this last yr @ some point & they said thst they would change it over to our sons name when he went back then to get another ph.Figuring that was done,they tell him 2day its dtill in his dads name & they will need a death certificate to prove it...how very sad our son had to relive this pain that we have bring dealing with all this time...as if this young man would lie about his dad being dead.....so very upset about this & wind not foing their job correct the first time.Will be looking deeper into this & get answers.
