I was in the Urban Planet of the Masonville mall today, to return an item I had recently bought from there. When I was buying the item, I asked them whether it has return policy or not and they said that you can return or exchange it in 14 days. They said there is no cash back but they'll return insert. I asked what is insert means. They said if you pay by credit, you can insert the same credit and your money will be back. Today, when I returned my item, they said there is no insert option and they just can give me credit on the store's card. Moreover, the cashier asked me so many personal information like my address and postal code which I don't understand why.
