My husband and I went to The Source to pick up a landline phone for my elderly mother. Molik assisted us. He went above and beyond to explain , and to suggest how changing our service provider could help us save on our monthly fees. He was extremely kind, patient, and considerate. We bought a laptop at The Source and Dan our salesperson was very helpful explaining everything.We also bought a smartphone and being seniors he spent a great deal of time teaching us how to use it.He has a lot of patience and explained things until we understood.We have since purchased numerous electronic devices.

Ansu an employee at this location went above & beyond his duties on Fri Nov 12/21. I thought I needed a battery for my Fob for my car as my car wouldn't start. I was parked in the plaza parking lot. Ansu came out with me to my car, as it turned out my car battery was dead. Ansu boosted my car to get it started & I was able to drive away. What a fine young man to go out of his way to help me. He definitely needs to be recognized!!
