I consider myself a shopaholic.I love shopping and good customer service makes me shop even more , I have been shopping at the Showcase Masonville store for quite sometime now, the workers here are all amazing , helpful,and patient, I remember the first time I met Doris, I was looking for a speaker for my shower, and let me tell you she was very pleasant , patient and accommodating, I purchase the one she recommended and it’s still works as a charm many years after. Thanks Doris for being an amazing person and sales lady. I really do appreciate you and all your recommendations I will continue to shop at this location because of great customer service.

Upon returning an item to Showcase that was a defective product, I was offered store credit ONLY. They DO NOT under any circumstances offer case refunds so be wary of this when purchasing gifts or any inexpensive product which may not last. STORE CREDIT ONLY IN THIS STORE -- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
