Like the other reviews this business pressures people and will honestly grab you to get you to come into the store. They say they have these amazing deals and then when you say no they keep lowering the price until you agree. When you return products they ask why and then say they will make a better deal to get you to keep that product. Please please please do NOT go here, you will regret it.

If you want to pay hundreds of dollars for skincare made in China that it terrible quality with offensive strong smell, this place is for you. Otherwise, stay away! Please save yourself 30 minutes that you'll never get back talking to pushy sales people that will sell you crap I wouldn't even buy at the dollar store. This really reinforces 'buy locally' for me. The quality of this China made junk in not even dollar store worthy. Really!

I would rate -5 stars if I could. This store preys on people and uses high pressure to get them to buy products, or to not return them if people try to return them. Three employees surrounded my friend and made various deals, pressuring to sell this bundle to her. She was so upset and regretful after the purchase. When she had a friend try to return it, they were pressuring the friend to take a new deal on the items and wouldn’t accept no.

Royale is targeting young individuals with 'high-pressure sales tactics.' They approach you with a sales pitch about a 'hair-styling' brush being 'on sale today ($200) reduced from ie. $400+. They do a demo on ones hair with a 'professional' brush and then scam (switch-up) you with another brush (which is complete junk) which you 'believe' is what they used on your hair. After you purchase the item, the receipt states 'no returns or refunds.'
