My daughter and I were at this store today (Black Friday 2020). I could not believe the snobby attitude of the staff. 1. The door greeter had her nose out of her mask the entire time we waited to get in. 2. An elderly lady asked one of the female staff working the cash if she could check the size of the shirt in a mannequin for her. The cashier went to the door greeted and whispered something to her then the cashier was rolling her eyes at the door greeter and they laughed at the lady as she was undressing the mannequin. Rude and immature and disrespectful. 3. I was looking for a pair of specific track pants and I asked a young man if he had them. He said no and walked away. Then I found another pair of pants and had to seek him out and asked if he had any other sizes in a specific pair of pants I had in my hand and the same female cashier rudely without even looking up interrupted and said “no. We don’t.” I don’t expect much as far as customer service but I was so offended at the snobby attitude of all three employees today. I gave the pants back to the man and said “this is the snobbiest roots store I’ve been in!” And the female cashier laughed and rolled her eyes. I most definitely will not spend another dime at that store. I was disgusted.
