I met with Arthur the Associate Manager of the Rogers retail store at Masonville in London; he and a colleague via phone at Rogers solved an issue with great effort and kindness; I wanted to thank Arthur and Sarah from the call Center for their assistance and providing me great service; the initial call with a rogers agent was frustrating and not helpful so much so that the agent would rather have cancelled my service than solve my problem;

One week ago I dealt with an excellent person but the change over to ignite required the technical help from the Rogers group by phone. The service person stayed on that call for 2 hours to be told that the person at the other could not solve the problem and had to pen a case. The person I was dealing with apologized. I understood and she took all my contact info. One week later nothing, no calls no emails. Maybe I should go to Bell. 10 to store.

Went to get a replacement for a stolen phone, store 'policy' prevented this from happening. Even Rogers telephone customer service didn't agree. Crap service, just like I've read online from many other customers about this store.
