The products themselves, I have enjoyed. However, got talked into a several thousand dollar purchase for devices. Verbally was told free monthly facials and free product was part of this contract. However, few months later after I refused yet another divide, that changed to only 3 facials 5 refills on product. Now trying to work all possible directions to inform others to STAY AWAY!!

Although I did spend more money than I ever have on skin care, I can say the products I use have made a difference. For example, there’s a serum that plums the skin under eyes that really changes the look of my “baggy” eyes. The moisturizer is amazing as well as the sun screen. It’s not heavy like many of the zinc based products I have used before. I will go there again.

They lure you into getting a free sample just to sit you down and talk about your flaws and how you should see an specialist (never got a sample for all the 20 mn i spent there). Very pushy sales tactics and rude to you when they find out they cannot convince you buy something. NO REFUND POLICY, regardless of issue. Very bad customer service. Avoid shopping here at all cost.
