My sisters in I were in shopping today at nine west in masonville mall & I couldn't help but be bothered by the way the sales clerk was treating a handicap lady. The poor lady couldn't find a price on a handbag & the clerk took it out of her hand & says "it's a $110" puts the purse back & storms away . So the lady walks to the other side of the store & finds another bag she likes but can't find a price so she very kindly asked what the price on that one was , to which the clerk replied " well its obviously like $110 " & than gives her a dirty look . The lady than says " oh that's kind of a lot " & that clerk than says " UGH well than don't by it" . That poor lady walked out with her head down! I'm disgusted by the clerk's attitude ! My sisters & I agree we will not shop at nine.west if this is there face to the company ! I am a manager at a wealthy company myself & I would not stand for this ! Respect should be givin to all !
