I had a great experience with Koodo Masonville Place. I have been with Koodo for 20 plus years and never an issue. I was nervous buying a new phone during a lockdown because that meant I would had to do the setup by myself but Jay at Koodo Masonville walked me through the process step by step over the phone he was patient and helpful.
