Alex at Fonelab in CF Masonville Place was very professional and took care of repairing my son's phone quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and respectful. We had a great experience and will return with any phone repairs we may need in the future. Well done Alex!!

I had recently brought a iphone in to have its screen replaced. They took apart my phone, stated that they could not fix it and then COULDN'T PUT IT BACK TOGETHER! I then went to the apple store to have the screen replaced and they told me that the technicians from Fonelab put the screen back on incorrectly and actually made my phone unfixable!! I went back to the Fonelab store and the told the technician about this and they said to me that "I am lucky that they did not charge me" for the damage that THEY did to my phone! This is by far the WORST phone store I have been to and I will not be coming back nor recommending their services in future!!!

I went in the other night with my old phone in hand, thinking I was going to have to buy a new phone. My battery was running very hot, the phone was running very slow and wasn't holding a charge. There were 2 guys working in the store at the time: one helping another customer ( Alex) , and another with his coat on ready to go home( Anthony). Without any hesitation, Anthony offered to assist me even though he was clearly finished his shift. After hearing my issues with the phone, he offered to run a diagnostic on the phone and even found a replacement battery just in case. He then passed me on to Alex ( now free) , who was very thorough with his investigation. As it turns out, I didn't need a new battery but just a factory reboot after deleting some useless data cleaning apps. I was very impressed with both of them for their assistance and their honesty and integrity for not trying to dupe me into buying a new battery or unnecessary accessories. My phone is now working good as new and I will definitely be back. Thanks a million Alex and Anthony!!!
