I was at the Masonville Arby's at lunchtime on January 16, 2018. I ordered the 2/$7 original roast beef sandwiches and a gravy. I went to my doctors appointment and was looking forward to my supper when I got home. I opened the bag and found 2 beef and cheddar on onion buns. I was never so disappointed with my order. I don't like cheddar on my sandwiches and I don't like onion buns. I tried to call and complain but couldn't find the number. I ate at your location this afternoon and would like you to know that I got food poisoning. I was vomiting within 2 hours of eating. Please have a manager check this mout.

I just wanted to let people know that eating at Arby's in the food court at Masonville mall in London Tuesday 20/2017, was a much better experience than you usually receive at fast food places. We were served by a very patient and articulate young man named Liam. When confronted with an indecisive and frustrating elderly couple with a language barrier, he was very professional and understanding. A lot more patient than most people you deal with in the service industry. I wish that more people were like Liam. Our food was excellent, and my bacon was even crispy! We will definitely go back.
